Atrani (SA) - Campania

Suspended between sky and sea, Atrani reveals itself to the eyes in its charming and delicate beauty in the sinuous treasure chest of the Amalfi Coast, in Southern Italy.

The smallest village of the famous UNESCO World Heritage site, embraced by the mountains, which extends along the valley of the river Dragone, whose name refers to that legendary and terrible monster that was hiding there.

From the noble history, Atrani, as small as it is proud, is the only one to contend with the most famous sister, Amalfi, the title of twin, because among its streets, within the walls of its churches were crowned the dukes of Amalfi: so you can still see between its alleys the two peacocks, carved in marble, symbol of this illustrious past and refer to the power and notoriety of the families who chose it.

Atrani is a caress for the soul, laid down and indolent, an enveloping scenography, in which the towering bell tower and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Maddalena, the only example of Rococo style on the Amalfi Coast, give it a unique and recognizable profile.
